The Madison Russian School provides two options for registering for our classes. There is an online form and one PDF document that can be mailed in. Select one of the two options below: - If you are a new student (have never attended any of our classes) OR you are a returning student, but there have been changes in your personal information (medical conditions, home address, etc.), then please use the New Student Registration Form .
- Returning Students who did not have any personal information changes, please fill out the Returning Student Registration Form for each term.
- If you prefer not to submit your registration information electronically, please print out the PDF version of our Registration Form , fill it out and mail it along with your tuition to:

Madison, WI 53705 Also, for those printing out the PDF and mailing it in, please ensure that you enter the name of the class exactly as it appears in the current schedule.
